I have been with Young Living for 13 years and am a First Steps to Success seminar graduate. Today I have the opportunity to talk a little more about our company and explain our simple profit plan. But before I get into that I'd like to tell you a little about how I got here. Prior to getting started, I was working 40-80 hours a week as a chiropractor. It seemed that I had little time to do anything else. The hours and the work were grueling. I felt overworked and underpaid. There were too many hours and the stress was very high! I knew there was a cap on my income because I had only so many hours in a day that I could work and earn money and I felt like I had met my max! I was exhausted and was becoming sick. Since I was passionate about Young Living oils and knew how they changed people's lives, I decided to look into building a business through Young Living. After all, I was already sharing the oils and products with everyone I met! I began to study the company and the profit sharing plan and bonuses and realized that I could have more time, work less, see my family more, go on vacation and still serve and assist hundreds of people!
Young Living is a company about lifestyle and purpose. If money were no object, how would your life look? Would anything be different than it is today? If money were no object, how many of you would: Live in a different home? Drive a different car? Provide better education for your kids? Take more vacations or travel? - You receive the $25 Start Living Bonus plus 25% of the 864 PV—an additional $200—making your check $225.00 for that distributor.
- That same distributor places a $150 order their second month, and you receive 15% of that 150 PV, or $22.50.
The best part?
You earn this bonus on every new distributor you enroll. If you enroll six distributors with the Fast Track to Success Package PV $864.00 who then all place 150 PV orders in their second month:
- Your first month's check includes: $150 Start Living Bonus ($25 per enrollee) plus another $200.00 (25% of each distributor's 864 PV order) for a total of $1350! This is just the bonus! Matching Bonus
The third bonus offered by Young Living, the Matching Bonus, is earned by helping your distributors enroll others. When your distributors earn a Star Performance Bonus, Young Living matches that bonus and pays you that same amount for their first three months as distributors.***
Multiply your monthly earnings by encouraging new distributors to earn their Star Performance Bonuses, and you'll receive a Matching Bonus!
So if in the first month if your 6 distributors each enroll 6 distributors at the top package then you will earn over 8000.00!

This is our most exciting bonus. It was created to help guide your business structure and provide long-term stability. It rewards you for enrolling distributors in the Essential Rewards program.
Here's how it works:
- Every month you have six front-line distributors place a 100 PV Essential Rewards order and have 1,000 PGV****, you earn a $100 bonus. This is in addition to all other bonuses and commissions.

It's also possible to achieve the next level up, the Executive rank, your first month in business especially if you start with the top package on the Fast Track to Success. You can achieve the leadership rank of Silver by helping just two business builders make the Executive rank, and profit up to $3,000/month personally. I want to spend just a moment to tell you of an exciting way that you can earn free product through Young Living. I mentioned a few minutes ago when talking about the Team Leadership Bonus that the people you enroll into your team get to be signed up on the essential rewards autoship bonus with 100 PV order to be eligible to receive that bonus. This is how the essential rewards program works: With 1-6 months of consecutive Autoship orders, you can earn Reward Points equal to 10% of the Autoship order PV each month (maximum of 30 points per month).
